The DOD “Vaccine” and the American Bioterrorism Program

Katherine Watt says that all people are in what the military calls “a kill box”. With the development of pathogens and toxens, liability laws and plausible deniability, messy traditional wars are no longer needed. The Vaccine program is a facade for a centralized military operation led by the DOD, The Central Banks, and the WHO. Getting to where we are now took more than a century of planning, law making, and international partnerships to carry out legalized depopulation upon the masses.
