MSNBC's Yasmin Vossoughian hospitalized for heart inflammation. Elephant in shoulder not mentioned

MSNBC host Yasmin Vossoughian (44) had a severe health scare starting December 20th, 2022. She was diagnosed with heart inflammation: pericarditis (inflammation of the sack around the heart) and later also myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle).

She had fluid build-up around her heart that had to be drained, and fluttering, and had to be hospitalized twice.

What caused this life-threatening issue in a young, lean, healthy, fit woman, i.e. a person with no risk factors? Just "a virus, a literal common cold" according to herself and her attending cardiologist.
