Is ‘The Star-Spangled Banner’ Racist?

At the beginning of the Super Bowl they played the National Anthem and it was an amazing rendition. However, CRT raised it's ugly pimpled face and we were forced to listen to what they call the black national anthem.

It is claimed that the national anthem is racist because it states

"No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave"

This is not referring to American slavery, but to the British that we were fighting against during the War of 1812
