This World War 1-era flight combat game on Steam comes with a free demo - if you have VR and haven't tried it yet, no reason not to check it out. No joystick required, you control the stick with your right vr controller and the throttle with your left.

Just a note - I don't remember the motion vignette during the game, maybe I wasn't paying attention. I need to check in the options wither you can turn it off. I have conquered the demons of VR motion sickness long ago!
