Near Miss at Sideswipe

Dash cam video of a near miss incident that occurred at the US1 MLK Blvd exit of I-295 in Jacksonville Fl. It was raining and the visibility was a little reduced at the time but this van/SUV in this video failed to yield and nearly sideswiped the Cadillac in the travel lane.
