🚨🚨🚨🚨Lowering Airplane safety, Puts Everyone At Risk!

Airlines have put everyone at risk by their hiring practices. Everything is coming from the top down. No more experienced pilots, hired off the street, put in simulators, with many failing in them.
What happened to the experienced, many former military pilots with much experience???
Remember the jab mandates? Lost many pilots that refused, the ones that stayed and got the jabs, can not pass physicals (heart conditions). They have reduced the physical requirements, putting everyone on the plane at risk, and those on the ground. Accidents waiting to happen.
