DUD or SPUD - Evil Spawn

When you think of 'Evil Spawn' (from 1987) and the 1st thing that comes to mind is a belligerent pile of wank, would you be wrong in assuming the movie is the same?
Extra props to the lady with perfect assets to assist her role in this.
Does it earn the SPUD? Or what sounds like the inevitable DUD?
