Pete Buttigieg Preaches Bribes + Victimhood

Mayor Pete, Pete Buttigieg the transportation secretary, is once again grifting for votes, complaining about racial inequity in building, and that contracting job should represent the community around which they are building, which would no doubt hold for white communities, without some SJW deciding that it is an affront. Pure reverse racism.
