2-15-23 -- Fifth Generation Warfare

Why are we facing so many disasters? Trains are derailing, chickens don't lay ages. Avian flu supposedly spreading through the chicken farms. Random acts of theft and assault go unpunished. Leaders make decisions that seem to be completely contrary to the so called public good. Why? Is it fifth generational warfare?
