Are Ukrainian soldiers being buried alive for refusing to fight?

I don't believe the video is true because this is a very inefficient way of disciplining a soldier. The ground has been frozen in southern Ukraine for a few weeks now. Also note that anybody working in the cold would overheat digging or filling in a trench while wearing body armor and multiple layers of clothing.
