The documentary describes the medical trend that's become transgender, or "gender-affirming care", and how it's turned into a social crisis of America's children permanently damaging their bodies. Following five de-transitioners and several transgender surgeons, Clark explains how the phenomenon has negatively affected these medical victims as well as the ignorance of those performing the procedures, fully believing that they're doing something good.
