The thing is, we're all human. And as humans, we make mistakes. But those mistakes don't have to be a death sentence.

It might seem like there is no light at the end of the tunnel and that you will never be able to stop feeling guilty but it's not true.

When this happens, it's important to remember what we have control over. And that's the lessons that life teaches us.

Rather than beating yourself up for your mistakes, it's time to take advantage of them and learn what you can from them.

It's all about chewing the meat, getting all the nutrients and lessons, then spitting out the rest of it.

No one is perfect and we all make mistakes.

But if you keep beating yourself up for your mistakes, then you're doing absolutely nothing to change them or learn from them.
