RSU22 SB Chair Hates The First Amendment

At the 2/15/23 RSU22, Hampden, ME school board meeting, Heath Miller again loses his mind and again, attempts to use school policies repugnant to the First Amendment of the US Constitution, in which we win a Federal Lawsuit against this man and district. You can read it here:

What it says is that the ONLY thing that any school Board Chair can control is 1) place (the porn laden HS library), 2) time (3 minutes) and 3) manner (it has to be school, or public related.

They can’t control you talking about specific names, specific issues, anything you want, because their policies are not above 1A.

He’s not smart enough to understand he’s already lost…again.
