Wow, New Gun Control Bill Requires Embedded Tracker On All Guns So Government Can Track In Real Time

Maryland Delegate Pam Queen (D) has proposed a bill, HB 704, that requires a "embedded tracker" to be added to firearms before they can be transferred in a sale.

The bill aims to prohibit bulk firearm transfer unless each firearm that is part of the transfer contains a tracker.

It also mandates that a seller or transferor transmitting certain information to the Secretary of State Police and establishes a database to track firearms.

The proposed bill further specifies that the tracking device must be embedded in a way that would render the gun permanently inoperable if removed, disabled, or destroyed.

This ridiculous legislation is a clear violation of privacy rights and constitutional protections against illegal search-and-seizure.

The Second Amendment exists precisely to protect the right to bear arms without government interference or control.

By embedding trackers in firearms, the government would have the ability to track the location of firearms and potentially render them inoperable, which would undermine the purpose of the amendment.

These politicians who are a slave to the Gun Control lobby don't know anything about guns.

They don't know how they work, they don't know how to use them, and most of the time don't own them, so how are they going to try to pass a bill about something they clearly don't know anything about?
