No Draft- No Vote. Moral Hazard In Australia

When votes are given without draft, people have no incentive to choose their voting choices carefully. Women making bad voting choices such as engaging in war without having to accept the draft is a huge moral hazard for Australia. Men end up dead in the thousands while women become trophies of war providing kids for the invaders. This is documented throughout history.
