Midland XT511 Base Camp Radio. A Portable "Base Station" with all the cool features!

Midland reached out to me to see how things were going, and asked if I was interested in checking out any of their products. Of every radio they have, this one really stood out to me.
It's and AM/FM/Weather radio with a GMRS Transmitter built in as well! I thought it would make a perfect prep item for my new micro camper build so I snapped it up.
Over all I am totally impressed. It has everything I was looking for all tucked into a well build package. I have it setup in the house so my wife and call out for me when I'm working in the shop or on the farm. and when we travel, it's our entertainment as well.
