More bluff letters from the Dept. of State

I go over a rebuttal for them and how the American Samoan is being used to hide and trick everyone about being a National. They have no legal argument for 8 USC 1101 (21) national so they use this misdirection trick 8 USC 1101 (22) (b) National of the United States
