Governor Bill Lee, in usual fashion, is working behind the scenes to ram through legislation under the cloak of darkness. His Transportation Modernization Act passed a House subcommittee by amending a caption bill before the public had any opportunity to voice their concerns.

But now, HB 321 is scheduled for Feb 28th in the House Transportation (Full) Committee. And we need to let the Governor and our legislators know that we do not want toll roads in Tennessee.
