LD3 Candace Czarny Purposefully Refusing to Call Voice Vote

At the February 9th Meeting, which wasn't called to order to start until 8pm, Candace Czarny started off by purposefully refusing to call a voice vote correctly on a motion to amend the rules which had a 9pm end time. A clear majority can be heard approving the motion and the audio has not been modified in anyway and the full meeting video with no edits is available. This was another example of many abuses of power in a pathetic attempt to subject the members of LD3 to Candace's tyrannical rule.
