4 balloons shot down over the US and Canada on the 4, 10, 11, and 12th of Feb.

But wait why were we strictly focused on these balloons? As I was typing this the White House says they have to current plans to recover the last 3. Why? Thanks kinda strange isn't it?

Did you know that there was a dangerous train crash in Ohio around 9 p.m. on 3 Feb? What about the one in Detroit on the 16th(deemed safe, with same chemicals).
