Expanded pokemon sets is a set review series meant to cover pokemon sets that are only part of the expanded format. Since I wasn't making pokemon tcg videos during the time when they were new I'll be looking at them as part of the expanded format today but I'll also talk about thier significance in the meta during the time they were fresh.

Legendary Treasures is probably the last true traditional reprint set. Not only that but at the time it was a big deal, as it included numerous fantastic cards from the era and the ratios were extremely good. It made it even better if you consider that a lot of cards from this set were good or even key even in the following era. Admittedly nearly all of its original cards weren't that good but definitely a very worthy final set to finish the era.
