What do we do when symptoms appear and we do not know how or why they started?Go general one of my early teachers used to say - go back to Yin and Yang
My issue is/was Drainage, Foundation 4 of my Health Foundations.
The "detox garbage cans" get full, but the GarbageMan - ie poop, pee, skin, lungs, secretions, run slow. Therefore the backup of waste can cause symptoms.
Few look to this.
