The double parking of vehicles in front of this apt, east and west of it, many times for extended periods, it is also another form of harassment, blocking traffic, therefore, loud vehicles can idle in front of apt, while others are blasting stereos, this harassment has been widely used by the spy agencies since 2009. Of course, there is a “legitimate” explanation setup for this double parking, picking up or dropping passengers. On average, you have vehicles departing, arriving and double parking in this street, every 10/20 minutes if not less, between the hours of 4 am and 1 am, also many livery vehicles and taxis. I should add, the spies do adapt according to my postings.
