Not surprised. ISIS was created by Israel to attempt a regime change against Bashar al-Assad in Syria, a major enemy of Israel. ISIS attacked Hezbollah (and other enemies of Israel) and set forth to create an Islamic State (prison) where Israel could house Muslims under lock and key.
