Example: Incompetence of LD3 Candace Czarny

This is one of many examples of incompetence by LD3 Candace Czarny. You can clearly hear candace say "All in favor say 'aye'" (ayes) and then instead of all opposed she says "All in favor say 'nay'" (confusion) then she tries again saying "All in favor say 'no'" (confusion). She then makes some excuse about not speaking loud enough and continues with "All in favor say 'yes'". This was AFTER she attended Roberts Rules of Order training with parliamentarian Dan Grimm, who is also sitting beside and advising her.
