Color of Law ~ Statutes~ Code~ explained

Civil Law Act 1871: as covered here in this series, civil law is Color of Law
as only Natural Law and common law is the real law. We the People do not have civil rights We have unalienable Rights granted us by Creator the Divine Architect of Our Universe; We have so many Rights that they cannot be enumerated.

Statutes are not Law: To be convicted under a STATUTE you must give your consent. A "Statute is not a law," (Flouray v. First Nat. Bank of Shreveport, 197 La. 1067, 3 So,2d 244,248),

A "Code' is not law," ( in Re self v. Rhay wn 2d 261), in point of fact in Law,
A concurrent or 'joint resolution' of legislature is not "Law," (Koening v. Flynn, 258 N.Y. 292, 179 N.E. 705, 707; Ward v. State, 176 Okl. 368, 56 P.2d 136, 137; State ex re. Todd v. Yelle, 7 Wash 2d 443, 110 P2d.162,165).

U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISION- The common law is the real law, the Supreme Law of the land, the code, rules, regulations, policy and statutes are "not the law," [ Self v. Rhay, 61 Wn (2d) 261]

U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISION- "All codes, rules, and regulations are for government authorities only, not human / Creators in accordance with God's laws. All codes, rules, and regulations are unconstitutional and lacking due process..."

Therefore: any and all "law enforcement" forcing civil enactments upon the People by way of fraud and threat duress and coercion cease to represent their agency, and are acting under color of law, and as such impersonating an officer of the law from that second on. The People have the Right to self defense from such fraud and threats of force and violence and fraudulent acts and have every Right to defend themselves as stated in the 4th Amendment and the Castle Doctrine.
In other words, the People have the Right of self defense using deadly force which We all saw upheld with the Kyle Rittenhouse case in 2022.

It's up to each wo/man to exercise their Right to determine whether or not to use deadly force against those impersonating officers acting under color of law to deprive you of your Rights!

So when CP$ & those men who dare impersonate officers acting under color of law using Statutes to rob you of your private property and or family members/loved ones: Shoot on sight! It's your Creator given Right of Self Defense and your lawful Right per The Constitution for These united states for America! (1776)
