Dan Grimm Makes False Statements & Ignores Bylaws on Proxies

In the prior video https://rumble.com/v2a838i-dan-grimm-questioned-on-making-up-rules.html you saw Dan Grimm being accused of making up rules. In this video, he falsely states that Robert's Rules does not address Proxies. This is false, they are mentioned several times referenced at the bottom.

Then a PC stands up and reads from the LD3 bylaws which expressly states that Proxies are only to be used in meetings where an election or vote on bylaws is scheduled. Using them during a standing vote on the February 9th meeting VIOLATES THE BYLAWS.
