Assembling Q3 Pulse Motor Rotor And Stator Halves Together

I put the rotor assembly onto the motor shaft and then tightened down the hub bolts.

I checked all the stator coils for continuity with a multimeter to make sure that all my solder joints were done well.

Then I assembled the two stator halves onto the motor shaft. There is one set of stator coils on each side of the pulse motor rotor assembly.

I pressed the bearing into the second bearing plate and then assembled the motor frame together.

I will soon have the pulse motor part of the Quanta Magnetics Q3 charge accelerator running.
