HOW TO PLAY - I/iii (ONE OVER THREE) CHORD

QUESTION: Referring to the I/iii (ONE OVER THREE) Chord...are you surprised at how easy it can be to make a new chord from one extra low note?

(EXAMPLE: Yes because I've seen it done on piano for sure, but not guitar! So cool)
