The problem with Zack Snyder's Superman

A bit of a tangent for this episode, but one of the big issues with #dc #movies and specifically the #zacksnyder #justiceleague characters begins with the first movie. The portrayal of #superman wasn't bad, specifically #henrycavill doing phenomenal job with what he was given, but it makes Superman appear apathetic. We suspect that like many of the issues with the Justice League characters, there wasn't a cooperation of the actors' desired portrayals and the comic book characteristics that fit into Zack Snyder's darker vision for the franchise. The biggest offense in #manofsteel in my opinion is the death of Jonathan Kent, which serves no purpose other than to prove papa Kent wrong.
