56 Acre Homestead Reduced $140K First Taker Gets It

Ok everyone. Talks are back on. We are going to sell the off grid homestead for $140k. This includes the 56 acres and all the buildings. I am cleaning up the property as we go though.

We are in a land contract so both parties had to agree to a deal.

First one with 140k buys us out and gets the deed and keys to the tiny house on wheels.
