This video clip seems to depict Faux Biden walking down a street in Kiev with that crazy television actor who played a President and now IS a President of something, but it is painfully apparent that NEITHER "President" has any security detail with them whatsoever. Just media and paparazzi. What sort of Third World backwoods insanity is going on here?
