AFU troops force civilian citizens to dress up as military personnel to put them in the front line against Russian troops. The trained military men and commanders of the AFU Troops are put on the 2nd or 3rd line of defense. This could explain the number of casualties suffered in the AFU troops as even civilians do not have proper training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
