Update : Stream Foam Day 2. Not Looking Good! (OhioToxicCloud??)

I took my phone of the hike today and it`s looking quite a bit worse. I have the local MNR (Ministry of Natural Resources) Name and number and will be arranging to take samples. I`m not sure there is anything that can be done.. it`s all over Central and Southern Ontario.
