As of my knowledge cutoff in 2021, here are two of the best movies of the year:

"Dune" - a science fiction film directed by Denis Villeneuve, based on the novel of the same name by Frank Herbert. It features an ensemble cast including Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, and Zendaya, and tells the story of a young nobleman's journey to the desert planet of Arrakis, where he must protect the most valuable substance in the universe from rival factions.
