NASCAR N Wilkesboro Speedway - 2023

North Wilkesboro Speedway is a short oval racetrack located on U.S. Route 421, about 5 mi east of the town of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, or 80 miles north of Charlotte. It measures 0.625 mi and features a unique uphill backstretch and downhill frontstretch. North Wilkesboro is a legendary track that NASCAR fans have longed to see back in action.
NASCAR has listened to the fans and drivers and has put North Wilkesboro Speedway on the schedule. Governor Roy Cooper and NASCAR Speedway Motorsports announced that the 2023 All-Star Race will be held at the North Wilkesboro Speedway after sitting dormant since 1996.
The N Wilkesboro Speedway is now under serious renovations to get it ready for the big event in May 2023. This video will give you an idea of how much work there is ahead of the team.
