Vehicles remaining with their headlights lights on, blinking lights, parking lights, sometimes for very extended periods, the entire night, is another form of harassment the spies employ in the stalking of my persona. It is impossible for me to report every suspicious incident as they happen, due that my internet remains severely hacked, and my tablets are filled with viruses, also the number of these incidents.
