Arriving in Taipei just the day before, one thing I have seen most is rain. It has been raining almost non-stop since my arrival and weather doesn't look dry for the days to come so I'll have to make the best of it. How do we do that? Well, travel outside when it looks dry and hope for the best. Basically.
