Bond set at $50,000 for man arrested in connection to Tri-State cold case

Katelyn Markham's father said the arrest of 35-year-old Jonathan Palmerton makes him hopeful, but he remains guarded as the case progresses. While he has been charged with perjury in Markham's disappearance and death, it is unclear if Palmerton is a person of interest in the death.
