DUD or SPUD - Frostbiter Wrath Of The Wendigo

Frostbiter Wrath Of The Wendigo from 1995 is one of them no holds bared movies and goes by it's own rules. There's some clear sprinkles of Evil Dead here but this movie is a bit like Demon Wind where anything goes.
Does it gain a SPUD by playing by its own rules?
