Dogs That Hunt Foxes
For generations, people and their canine companions have shared the hunt for foxes. Foxhounds are a type of dog that was developed in England to hunt foxes. Foxhounds have unique characteristics and habits that stem from their hunting past, so prospective adopters should be prepared for this. As well as retrievers, pointers, and setters, other dog breeds may make excellent hunting partners. If you want to create a blog on dogs that hunt foxes, you should zero in on a single aspect of the sport rather than trying to cover everything about it.
In England, fox hunting with hounds has been a sanctioned pastime since the 16th century. The earliest known effort to capture a fox with farm dogs was in 1534, long after the sport had gained widespread popularity.
