Portal Energy and the George Soros Malfunction

Our earth is now in a 2/22 portal of energy that is causing even those who are only somewhat awake and aware to notice "weird energy" etc. There is speculation that this energy will cause glitches and malfunctions in those who are not fully and naturally human. Things that make you go, "Hmmm" right?
The Universe was asked if the recent difficulty George Soros had in reading a speech was one such example of a glitch, and if there was advice or insights to be shared with us moving forward through these unique energy shifts.
