I am NOT your average health coach. I have first hand experience in being overweight, having an eating disorder and having a hard time losing the weight.
I have learned the hard way how BAD sugar and seed oils are for you, and now it is my MISSION to tell the world about these horrible food recommendations that are being put out to the public!
I'm also a teacher, and I want to make the health content that is out there in the world, easiser to understand for the person who are not that familiar with the subject.
