Does school "educate" or indoctrinate?

African & African-Caribbean people sit at the bottom of every measurable metric, much the same as other African origin people all over the world. We could ask ourselves if there is a specific cause for this but at our most vulnerable state we enter our children into an "educational" institute that has never served us.

Are we content with duplicating these ever decreasing circles that lead to the same results?
