For this one, you have to destroy 2 of the main "Golden 4" bosses including Phantoon, collect 25% of all items, and kill two specific meme enemies, Shaktool (guarding the passage to the Spring Ball room) and King Cacatac (the red cactus enemy on top of the bubble room in Upper Norfair). This is also a No-Tourian seed, meaning the escape sequence begins as soon as the final objective is completed.
