Flight instinct ..

What’s on my mind today is overcoming the flight instinct. Once I get into the ice bath it’s not nearly as bad as when I first touch the water or when I’m doing other stuff but knowing I’m going to be getting into the ice bath. I need to work on that flight instinct and focus on the benefits and not on the pain.
