Long Story Short Episode 45: Berberine and Pancreatic Beta Cells

Berberine has many important mechanisms. In the current series of talks we are presenting the mechanisms related to the management of Type 2 diabetes mellitus. In the current talk we look at the high level mechanism of how Berberine helps increase the insulin secretion.

Note: cell's depolarization process is intentionally skipped to keep the focus on the potassium channels.
