This letter specifies the laws that enable the organization to help aid AVOR and wo/men across this great land of America to join us on "SIGNAL" an app that connects people who have the app uploaded upon their devices to alert us in real time of the attempted kidnappings and abductions being made by those who dare act under color of law and thereby no longer representing their agencies and thus acting on their own accord without the protections of the State or Counties, and without qualified immunity!
Join us on "SIGNAL" and help us to protect these beautiful innocent lives that are being systematically destroyed for ill gotten gains and unjust enrichment or worse! As the founder of AVOR, I boldly ask the good men and women to join us in this most important task of protecting our most sacred of all fundamental Rights~ to life, liberty, and happiness.
