10 Min Banded Inner Thigh Workout (Floor Only) - Tone & Tighten Your Inner Thighs | Selah Myers
This 10-minute inner thigh workout is done on the floor, but don't let that deceive you. It's still a challenge. We have 20 exercises for 30 seconds each with no rest in between.
I included a booty band into the workout to increase the intensity and burn, but if you don't have one, you can do this with no equipment. And if you are feeling crazy, try using two booty bands. This will double the tension and cause your muscles to work harder. You got this!
Disclaimer: You can not spot reduce body fat so this workout will not burn inner thigh fat. It will build your inner thigh muscle which gives your legs definition. If you are trying to lose fat, you must be in a calorie deficit.
