D.E.B.S. Homestead no. 2 Puttin' Up Applesauce

Today I attempt several projects but mainly I get apples purchased at discount from VanPelts farm in Columbiana, OH put up as applesauce for food security. We are ever aware of the coming food shortage of 2023 and even local train derailments give concern of our food security. The dairy where I get milk for canning is much closer to East Palestine, OH where Norfolk Southern train derailed and subsequently nuked deadly chemicals claiming the train could explode throwing shrapnel throughout the town. The chemicals burned came down to the earth somewhere, the chemicals on the ground leech to ground water and people have lost chickens and are themselves sick from the fumes. I plan another video discussing this, but we rely on Columbiana County for cheap local produce and dairy and that is now at risk...
